SIA Latvijas Piens, born from the 2012 union of Latvian milk cooperatives, has emerged as a significant player in the European dairy market, producing over 250 tons daily in Jelgava. Since 2017, German dairy giant "Fude + Serrahn Milchprodukte's" subsidiary, Eximo Agro-Marketing, has overseen Latvijas Piens, infusing decades of experience. This German influence has brought stability and efficiency, benefiting not only Latvijas Piens but also fostering a stable ecosystem for Latvian farmers. Investments by the new owners aim to double production, catering to EU and global markets. Andreas Serrahn emphasizes that investments enhance competitiveness, creating demand. With Janis Cipulis leading Eximo Agro-Marketing, Latvijas Piens is on a trajectory to conquer greater heights in the European dairy landscape
