Enka Sut sources its fresh milk, the essential raw material for Enka Dairy Products, from a network of over 15,000 producers in the Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions. The collection process takes place twice a day, both in the morning and evening, with the collected milk promptly subjected to examination by veterinarians. Following this assessment, the milk is swiftly transported to collection centers.
Ensuring efficiency, the collected milk undergoes rapid cooling to +4°C and is then transferred to tankers equipped with thermal control for transportation to the factory. Within a 24-hour timeframe from the initial treatment, the milk is transformed into various products. This streamlined process guarantees the freshness and quality of Enka Milk, reflecting the company's commitment to delivering top-notch dairy offerings.
